Derek is a tech entrepreneur, startup mentor, investor, and father of 3 crazy kids. Sammy's story is based on Derek's struggles (and his daughters) in real life. When Derek isn't writing, you will likely find him in his chocolate factory.

- Katie Neipp, Illustrator -

Katie Neipp is an illustrator and animator. She is self taught in her field and started off as a content creator in children's ministry. Katie is now an Art Director in the NFT space. In her free time she enjoys traveling and playing board games with her husband. Together they have two very spoiled cats.
